Madanda explained that the&nbsp; Kayoola Coach&nbsp; webframe&nbsp; was manufactured as an effort towards local content development and specialized manufacturing skills development in the mobility industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c The sustainability of the mobility industry in Uganda is dependent on the promotion of local content participation. Local content development is aimed at building&nbsp; domestic capacity across the relevant segments&nbsp; of the value chain for localization and domestic production of priority vehicle parts&nbsp;
