This is about 3.59 Canadian dollars . Citizens in the country and those in the diaspora can access this Public Portal through the link provided: &nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ugnlis.mlhud.go.ug\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.ugnlis.mlhud.go.ug<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThrough this portal, all users can access information on the following items:&nbsp; information on available land transactions at the Ministry Zonal Offices, locations of the Ministry Zonal Offices, links to websites to download relevant forms, description of the NLIS among others,\u201d she said adding that the &nbsp;portal is helping to limit face to face interactions while ironing out middle men.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The minister called upon &nbsp;Ugandans in the diaspora to invest the real estate sector noting that &nbsp;there are many opportunities available &nbsp;&nbsp;and the sub sector was the fastest growing sectors contributing 7.5 % to the National GDP and a key growth driver of the Ugandan economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis sector has significant linkages with several other productive sectors of the economy. Market analysts project that the construction industry will grow by an average annual rate of 8.1% in real terms over the coming 10 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Real Estate business has been growing at a fast rate although the demand for decent housing has remained higher than supply.
