The outspoken Kiryowa turned 50 and threw a big party at Kigo gardens. The event was attended by top Kampala businessmen and high level government officials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In his brief remarks, Gen Kainerugaba said that Kiryowa is a highly gifted and intelligent man who is firm on his principles and decisions. He is also a loyal cadre who believes in effective public service and has worked with the judiciary to fast track cases .
