Polls in the hotly contested Serere parliamentary by -elections have officially closed with the NRM flagbearer , Mr.Philip Oucor taking an early lead . Oucor earlier in the day cast his vote at Oburin primary school, Oburin village in Ocaapa Town Council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Speaking to the media shortly after voting, Philip Oucor said he’s\u00a0 optimistic about giving the party and the people of Serere a massive victory .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
