The Minister for Presidency, Milly Babalanda has redeployed controversial -former Jinja Resident District Commissioner (RDC) Eric Sakwa as RDC for Kaliro District. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sakwa was in 2020 arrested for alleged murder during the Covid 19 lockdown in Jinja. Mbale Resident City Commissioner (RCC) Ahmed Washaki has been sent to Kumi as the RDC. He was replaced by Hussein Kato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
