President Yoweri Museveni has sent a congratulatory message to Kenya’s President Elect Mr. William Ruto .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“On behalf of all Ugandans, I congratulate Your Excellency William Ruto upon your election as the 5th President of the Republic of Kenya. Further to my telephone call last night upon your victory, I wish to reassure you of Uganda\u2019s commitment to continue partnering with Kenya in advancing regional and continental agenda through the East African Community, African Union and other multilateral platforms,” President Museveni said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He said that the two sister countries ‘ bilateral cooperation will score tremendous achievements and was looking forward to working more closely Ruto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
