At least 20 people have been confirmed dead\u00a0 after a Link Bus registration number UBA 003S overturned along Fort Portal \u2013 Kyenjojo road, today morning, police sources have said. Among the dead is the driver of the ill fated bus whose identities were yet to be established . Among the dead are 11 male and 9 female.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the Traffic Police spokesperson, Faridah Nampiima, the accident happened around 10:30 am along the Fort Portal Mubende highway . Nampiima said that the injured had been transported to Buhinga regional hospital for emergency treatment while the bodied of the dead were undergoing postmortem at the same facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
