Nabakooba was representing the Prime Minister Hon. Robinah Nabbanja who didn\u2019t attend the colorful event due to other state engagements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nakabooba said that the new classroom block was a reflection of the NRM government\u2019s commitment to have all school going children attend classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
