Uganda\u2019s Commander of Land Forces , Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba is in Kigali in frantic efforts to mend and restore diplomatic relations between Kampala and Kigali.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sources said President  Yoweri Museveni sent Gen Muhoozi who is also his son to deliver  a special message to Rwanda\u2019s President  Paul Kagame. Recently Gen. Muhoozi has tweeted saying that President Kagame was his \u201cuncle\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This publication has not et received information about  what transpired in the  meeting between the Rwandan president and his special guest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
