The Ministry of Lands Housing and Urban Development will support Toro Kingdom and Fort Portal Tourism City to ensure descent, planned and organized living and commercial developments following the Kingdom’s partnership with the government’s Real Estate Agency \u2013 the National Housing Corporation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAs government, we look forward to support the partnership between NHCC and Toro Kingdom -given that its success will help to reduce the housing shortage . I urge you to ensure that the development to be undertaken will preserve the green cover, the environment and the Tourism heritage. You have the right partners NHCC who for 57 years have demonstrated this competency through all its developed estates,\u201d Lands Minister Judith Nabakooba stated .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nabakooba made the remarks at the occasion of NHCC hosting  the King of Tooro, Dr. Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV at he NHCC\u2019s offices in Industrial Area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
