{"id":4055,"date":"2021-09-20T20:18:55","date_gmt":"2021-09-20T20:18:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ugandaupdatenews.com\/?p=4055"},"modified":"2021-09-20T20:19:01","modified_gmt":"2021-09-20T20:19:01","slug":"ugandas-automakers-kiira-motors-receive-the-african-company-of-the-year-award","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prowebinhost.com\/anzu\/ugandas-automakers-kiira-motors-receive-the-african-company-of-the-year-award\/","title":{"rendered":"UGANDA\u2019S AUTOMAKERS KIIRA MOTORS RECEIVE THE AFRICAN COMPANY OF THE YEAR AWARD"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Uganda \u2018s Automotive Industry flagship Kiira Motors Corporation (KMC), have received the African Company of the Year Award which they won following a continental survey involving the peoples\u2019 of Africa who voted for their preferred companies .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 12-category awards are organized by the African Leadership Magazine, which is based in the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Africa Magazine the organizers of &nbsp;the awards , &nbsp;over 300, 000 entries &nbsp;were made &nbsp;across social media platforms, as well as submissions via email and physical posts from Africans across the continent and in Diaspora where people voted for the best&nbsp; perfromers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;The Winners emerged through a keenly contested 3-step points-based selection process that included a call for nomination; a call for online voting for shortlisted nominees; and the editorial board\u2019s final review of the nominations and voting submissions \u2013 using supporting evidence and voting considerations in their final decisions to decide the African Business Leadership Awards 2021 winners.
