America\u2019s giant Video Streaming and sharing platform You Tube has deleted a media content video which was posted by Ugandan Prof Patrick Ogwang\u2019s to explain how his \u201cmagic\u201d Covidex herbal medicined is applied to fight the effects of the deadly Covid-19 virus in the human body .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Social Media Site,YouTube, expunged Prof. Patrick Ogwang\u2019s content related to the use of Covidex herbal medicine on grounds that it violate its \u201cmedical misinformation policy.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Posted with the tag – \u201cHow to use COVIDEX\u201d Professor\u2019s instruction video was meant to help Covidex users on how to administer the herb medicine which many claim that it reverses the effects of Covid-19 virus in a human body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The company (YouTube) justified their action to expunge the Covidex video claiming that it was carrying misinformation of topics related to COVID-19 and medicines. They stated that Prof Ogwang\u2019s assertions contradict the World Health Organization standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cOur team reviewed your content, and unfortunately we think it violates our medical misinformation policy,\u201d YouTube said, in a statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe know that this might be disappointing, but its important to us that YouTube remains a safe place for all. If content breaks our rules, we remove it\u201d the company added. But many Ugandans reacted angrily to the You Tube actions which they viewed as \u201csabotage\u201d to medicines developed by Ugandans and the African people.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
