In a brief statement released by the Electoral Commission Spokesman , Mr. Paul Bukenya , the EC announced that no campaign meetings will be held in Mbarara, Kabarole, Luwero, Kasese , Masaka , Wakiso, Kabarole , Jinja, Kalungu, Kazo , Kampala and Tororo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
