Controversial politician and former Kampala Mayor, Nasser Ntege Ssebagala alias Seya is dead . Ssebagala\u2019s younger brother and Kawempe North MP, Latif Ssebagala told the media that his elder brother died at International Hospital Kampala (IHK) where he under went surgery after being admitted there more than three weeks ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ssebagala was said to have suffered an intestinal obstruction after he fell in his bathroom. With little education background Ssebagala was elected Mayor of Kampala in 2006 an office her held until 2011. A wealthy businessman , before his death, Ssebagala had expressed interest in contesting for Kampala Lord Mayor seat in the 2021 general election and Robert Kyagulanyi, aka Bobi wine\u2019s National Unity Party ,(NUP). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
