President Museveni has appointed Mr. Aggrey Kibenge, a seasoned civil servant, the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Gender to replace Mr. Pius Bigyirimana who was moved to the judiciary as the accounting officer .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kibenge has for over a year been waiting formal deployment after he passed the Public Service Commission interviews that had him elevated from the position of Under Secretary to Permanent Secretary (PS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
