The Minister for Lands and Housing Hon Judith Nabakooba and the Association of Real Estate Agents have hosted a diplomatic delegation from the International Real Estate Federation and the European Mortgage Federation to explore innovative financing mechanisms for Uganda\u2019s rapidly growing young population.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Association of Real Estate Agents Uganda is a professional umbrella organization representing real estate agents, managers, brokerage companies, consultants and other stakeholders in Uganda\u2019s real estate sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It was established in 2008 and its objectives include enhancing professionalism in the real estate industry, providing capacity-building training for members through the affiliated Real Estate Institute of East Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
They also advocate for favorable policies, laws, taxes, financing, and investment frameworks by engaging government and private-sector stakeholders.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
