NRM leaders and delegates from greater Mukono have endorsed Speaker Rebecca Kadaga for the position of 2nd National Vice Chairperson Female.

The delegates recognized and commended  Kadaga\u2019s steadfast -drive in ensuring that the NRM  party  serves the national interests and espouses  principles of socioeconomic transformation, democracy, nationalism and pan-Africanism that benefit all the people of Uganda .

“The Speaker has demonstrably committed her life for the NRM cause and the party is proud because of her genuine resolve to advance our aspirations,” one of the delegates stated .

Kadaga’s  Impeccable record<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The delegates are not lost on the fact that Kadaga was the first  woman to establish a law firm in Uganda  and  was a pioneer founder of  of FIDA  a legal aid organization for disadvantaged women  in the country .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She has been a the forefront of championing issues affecting women includinghHealth, education, environment, fight against female genital mutilation among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kadaga has\u00a0 also \u00a0made Uganda proud both locally and internationally in her dedicated service as Speaker of Parliament, Inter-Parliamentary Union and Commonwealth Parliaments leadership.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
