{"id":13666,"date":"2025-01-22T16:21:53","date_gmt":"2025-01-22T16:21:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ugandaupdatenews.com\/?p=13666"},"modified":"2025-01-22T16:21:57","modified_gmt":"2025-01-22T16:21:57","slug":"uneb-to-release-ple-results-today","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prowebinhost.com\/anzu\/uneb-to-release-ple-results-today\/","title":{"rendered":"UNEB To Release PLE Results Today"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Uganda<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/DailyMonitor\/status\/1881413888371007853\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00a0National<\/a>\u00a0Examinations Board (UNEB), is set to release results for a total of 798,763  PLE candidates  who sat for the exams last year . This total includes  419,357 females and 379,414 males .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a statement, UNEB Executive Secretary Mr. Dan Odongo, said that the  results to be released have been rigorously processed to ensure accuracy and fairness. &#8220;We remain committed to maintaining the highest standards of assessment to promote equity in education,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The exams were conducted in November 2024, with candidates tested in subjects that included English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies. Despite challenges like teacher strikes earlier in the year and logistical delays in some regions, UNEB praised schools and stakeholders for ensuring the exams were successfully completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The results will be  released  at the State House in Nakasero, with district education officers, headteachers, and key stakeholders in attendance. The results will also be accessible online and through SMS shortly after the announcement.
