Minister Milly Babalanda has revealed that the Uganda People\u2019s Defence Forces (UPDF) has raised concerns about some Resident District Commissioners (RDCs) and Resident City Commissioners (RCCs) possessing firearms and wearing military attire, despite not being serving officers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Speaking during a workshop, Babalanda emphasized that this behavior violates the UPDF Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
