Dr. Patricia Litho, has bounced back at the Ministry of Energy in a new role as Assistant Commissioner for Communication . A PHD holder , Litho will head the communication at the time when the Ministry is supritending over some of Uganda’s biggest development projects in the energy , oil and gas sectors .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
