{"id":11489,"date":"2024-02-13T17:01:13","date_gmt":"2024-02-13T17:01:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ugandaupdatenews.com\/?p=11489"},"modified":"2024-02-13T17:01:59","modified_gmt":"2024-02-13T17:01:59","slug":"cabinet-clears-30-bills-for-merger-of-government-agencies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prowebinhost.com\/anzu\/cabinet-clears-30-bills-for-merger-of-government-agencies\/","title":{"rendered":"Cabinet Clears 30 Bills For Merger Of Government Agencies"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Cabinet has approved at least 30 Bills that will be tabled in parliament for merger of agencies to save money .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prime Minister Robinah Nabbanja said that discussions on merging and abolishing government agencies with overlapping functions will begin next week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Updating Parliament on government business, Nabbanja confirmed the Executive will soon table relevant bills before the house.
